The fifth graders invited their parents to come hear about their writing experiences since the start of school. Tyler read his first draft of his personal narrative about diving off the blocks for the first time, and then we heard his final version. His elaboration, description, and use of emotion were awesome!! We could tell he worked very thoughtfully. Way to go T!
