July Odds & Ends Around the House

Brother/Sister fun
Peek-A-Boo
In her favorite toy
This is the way she always sleeps.  Kinda cute!
I don't believe them, but they tell me I was a much messier eater than B!
No more kiddie mower for me!

Poppy & Grandma Visit

I'm working on "Say Cheese"--I kinda oversmile! We had a nice visit, just hanging around the house. There was time for rest...
Time for work... (Anything strike you as odd about Poppy's tools?) And time for play...

First Visit From the Ice Cream Man!!

FINALLY!! We've heard him on the street behind us a few times while playing outside. We went running to the front yard, but to no avail. Finally, he made the turn down our street.

It was sooo yummy, even though Mommy and Daddy complained the whole time that it cost $5.50 for the three of us! They're such old fogies!

Guys' Night at "Dora the Explorer Live"!!!!

On the way to see Dora Live with Daddy!! I was excited beyond words! I watch Dora everyday, and I know all the character names, can sing some songs, and can even count in Spanish to 8! I want to emphasize that Dora IS NOT girlie!! She is one adventurous, smart explorer!!
When I got there, they gave me an Explorer Star of my own to help Dora along the way!
This is the only photo of the show that we took because Daddy got in trouble with an usher later for trying to take a picture of Dora's friend Azul (the blue train)!
Getting all my wiggles out at intermission!
Back home with our Frostys. It was one of my best times with Daddy EVER!!

4th of July

Brooklyn was festive!
She's not very lady-like in a skirt yet though!
We Skyped Grandma for her birthday. Brooklyn was able to see Great Poppy, Great "Mom", and Aunt Jessica for the first time! Gotta love that Skype!
Grady and his parents came over to grill out and swim.
I couldn't decide which cookies I liked best, so I kept one of each in each hand! Like father, like son!!
Not as cute as Brooklyn's 4th of July pictures, but still funny in a gross kinda way.
Watching the city and neighborhood fireworks from our driveway.

Holding a sparkler with Daddy.
