Cheyenne Crossing Cafe

Had to try some local food—bison burger, Indian taco and wojapi.

Spearfish Canyon

Took the scenic drive through Spearfish Canyon. Stopped at Bridal Veil Falls and hiked to Roughlock Falls. Saw our first and only snake...there was much screaming from 3 of the 4 of us!

Standing on the Geographic Center of the US

Before Alaska and Hawaii joined the US, the centerpoint was in Kansas. After, it became this spot in Belle Fourche, SD.

We Had a Blast at Devil’s Tower!!!

Up and Ready to Hike Around Devil’s Tower

First, Brooklyn earned her Jr. Ranger badge. And then she had the first injury of the trip while climbing boulders.

They were showing the movie at the campground with the tower in the background. So cool...but it was freezing, so we watched in in our RV with walking tacos!!
