Cub Scout Carnival

Tyler free hand painted a Bobcat, Wolf, and Bear to get our bean bag toss ready for the Cub Scout carnival in a few weeks. Not sure where he gets his talent from!

For a Cub Scout service project, we planted trees at our local state park. Tyler helped plant 13 trees!

Thanks Uncle Chuck and Aunt Debbie (and all our cousins!) for opening your home twice in the last 6 weeks to celebrate the life of "Mom" and Poppy. It was great to be able to stay and relax and catch up with everyone. (Plus the food was great!).

All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth!

Spring is finally here!

70 degrees felt like 90 today. Water guns, golf, vanilla sandwich cookies (that's for you Poppy D), and baseball. I think Tyler likes his new baseball cleats. Without anyone asking, he cleaned off all the mud and wiped them down when we got back from the park :)

And the Family Trophy Goes To...

Tyler!!!! He crushed us! 148 points...wow!! He also won the Mite Hockey bracket! And if he had entered his bracket with Daddy's friends, he would have won. AAAANNND, if he had entered the KC Huggies Team bracket, he would have won it too...against 140 people!!!! He sure knows how to pick 'em. Thanks Villanova!!!!

Finally, after waiting until hockey season was over, and after a failed attempt due to a snowstorm, we had success!! She was super brave, especially when the second gun didn't go off at the count of three...then when it was all over, delayed tears came!! Intense moment!
