Things That Go!

Our Saturday started out with Brooklyn's first track meet...she got third place in the 100 meter dash!!
Next we went to a park where they had all sorts of "Things that go"!
Check out all the things we got to drive!

Even the Packer Bus was there!

As an extra bonus, Tyler got arrested by some storm troopers!

Happy Mother's Day!

Mother's Day weekend included a trip to the Timberrattlers minor league baseball game! It was cold and rainy, so we took our cotton candy home to eat!

We made this cool rock heart from our rock collections and gave it to Mommy on Sunday Morning...I think she likes it!

After church, we FaceTimed Nana.....
...we even took them outside and pretended it was warm while showing them signs of spring. This tree looks just like the red bud tree at their house in Texas!

We also went up to visit Great Grandma.... Daddy helped us decorate these special cakes for her!

It was great to see Aunt MaryLou, cousin Jeanna, and Aunt Sue and Uncle Dan too!

Happy Mother's Day!!

Spring Sports!!

First soccer practice for Brooklyn!
She was pretty excited to get an official uniform!
Then Tyler started flag football...
Look at that move! I hear the Packers are looking for a running back!
Next up was our first T- Ball game of the season...a double header!!

MUCH improved over last year. He got two hits (coach pitch)!

Safely made it home!

We've got two active kids!!

Ice Cream Social and Science Experiments

Last weekend, Tami invited our street over for an Ice Cream Social! The event was a hit! But we didn't take any pictures, except for this one of the kids eating the leftovers!

The weather has been nice enough we could even eat outside!

Daddy came home early on Friday and we did some really cool science experiments! I think we got this from uncle Mike 2 years ago!

We made an acid/base indicator solution out of red cabbage powder and water. Then we tested different drinks, soaps, and chemicals around the house! Red is acid, blue is base, and purple is neutral.

Then Daddy thought he'd test some olive oil....and we learned that oil and water don't mix!
