Pinewood Derby Car Day 1!

We had a very productive day 1 of pinewood derby car making! Tyler designed, cut, sanded, and balanced the car! Best part was using pennies for weights and resisting the desire to buy a band saw😊. Saved about $20 vs tungsten and had more fun!

Lunch

T wanted to make his own Lunchables and then added popcorn. Then he decided to get his vegetable out of the way and have cooked carrots for lunch so he won't have to eat a veggie at dinner!

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, fruit/yogurt/pecan salad, and cereal. 4 of the food groups! It was tasty. Even the new member of our family, Isabel, joined us!

We missed out on snow this year, but at least we got to jump in the leaves on Christmas! Tyler found a new way to catapult off the swing!

Too bad Brooklyn was sick and missed seeing Elsa on the big screen at church!
